Application Procedure

There is an online application system through which candidates will submit their applications for individual mobilities. The system will allow candidates to apply for mobility periods and for the relevant scholarships on the fields of study available at each Partner university. Applicants will be able to choose places at each Partner University on the basis of the information provided by every single Partner.

Please note, that in addition to the information provided on the system, different Universities have their specific requirements, which need to be accessed directly from those Universities.

Every applicant will be allowed to submit a maximum of 1 application to different Universities.

In this regard, there are three mobility types, namely: Master, PhD and Staff

Important Notice!
The duration on the application system refers to the duration of the course and NOT that of the
Mobility Scholarship.
You might be awarded a mobility scholarship that is shorter than the course duration. (For example- the course might be for 24 months, but you could only be awarded a mobility scholarship for 9 months for a part time study).
